Collaboration with the Nigerian Army have drastically reduced law-breaking charge per unit in the Federal Soldier Capital District (FCT), states the Curate of the FCT, Dr Aliyu Modibbo.

He made the comments at the weekend during the yearly Sociable Welfare and Social Activities (WASA) organised by the Army Headquarters Garrison in Abuja.
